Job description
The work is carried out on a secondment basis in Germany, on a wind turbine foundation concreting project. Main responsibilities - erection and dismantling of formwork, concrete casting according to technical drawings, surface finishing preparatory works, supervision of the workplace.


Requirements

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients interested in wind turbine maintenance services. Our company has extensive experience and offers a wide range of high-quality wind turbine service solutions. Your main task will be to develop long-term client relationships both in Lithuania and abroad.

Additionally, you will take the lead in developing and expanding the wind turbine spare parts sales business line. This includes exploring new markets, building strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company’s wind energy service portfolio.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team for international wind turbine foundation projects. If you have a strong background in concrete works, especially in foundation construction, and are ready to take on a leadership role abroad, we would like to hear from you. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and supervise construction works on assigned sites, ensuring timely execution; 
  • Organize and control construction tasks performed by on-site workers; 
  • Ensure high-quality construction work in compliance with technical standards and processes; 
  • Manage and maintain construction-related documentation and reporting; 
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and fire protection regulations at the construction site; 
  • Monitor quantities of materials and completed works, prepare work completion reports; 
  • Take over and hand over work areas, completed works, and construction documentation according to company procedures. 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in concrete works, specifically in wind turbine foundation construction or similar heavy foundation projects; 
  • Good command of the English language;
