The project in Anykščiai district is moving forward
Two Enercon E-138-EP3 E2 wind turbines are being built.
Wind turbines are composed of various parts, each of which plays an important role in the electricity generation process.
1.Foundation - responsible for the stability and solidity of the wind turbine, typically made of reinforced steel and concrete.
2.Tower - a structure where the wind turbine mechanism is mounted, helping to adjust the height and direction of the blades.
3.Control systems - include various sensors, devices, and software to control and regulate the operation of the wind turbine.
4.Wind sensor - measures wind speed to adjust the rotational speed of the blades.
5.Generator - converts rotational energy into electrical energy.
6.Rotor shaft - responsible for transmitting the rotational force from the blades to the generator.
7.Wind blades - large-sized foldable segments that catch the force of the wind.
