Team Lead (Wind Turbine Installation & Dismantling) GERMANY

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead (Wind Turbine Installation & Dismantling) to join our growing team and lead wind turbine installation and dismantling projects across Germany.
In this role, you will coordinate daily site operations, supervise technicians, and ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with clients, project managers, and on-site teams, you will provide technical leadership, solve operational challenges, and contribute to the successful delivery of international renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and supervise installation and dismantling teams on site
✅ Plan, coordinate, and organize daily work activities
✅ Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
✅ Coordinate on-site operations with project managers and clients
✅ Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site challenges
✅ Monitor project progress, productivity, and work quality
✅ Prepare project documentation and daily reports
✅ Mentor, support, and develop team members

Requirements:
• Proven experience leading teams on wind turbine projects
• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Wind Turbine Technician
• Strong knowledge of wind turbine installation and dismantling
• Valid GWO certifications
• C-Level Electrical Certification
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate for Working at Heights
• Good English communication skills
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professional standards
• EU citizenship
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility on site
