Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the challenge of finding the right people for hard-to-fill and niche positions. As a hands-on headhunter, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and engaging specialists with specific expertise - including candidates who may not be actively looking for a new opportunity. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys the search - digging into the market, finding the right profiles, starting conversations, and turning hard-to-find talent into successful hires.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

- Go beyond traditional recruitment channels and develop creative ways to find candidates who are difficult to reach through standard job advertising.

- Proactively source and engage specialists from different fields through various channels and platforms.

- Conduct targeted market research to identify relevant talent pools, companies, and professionals with the expertise required for each search.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Manage several recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

- Turn “impossible-to-find” profiles into successful hires by combining persistence, market knowledge, creative sourcing, and strong relationship-building skills.

 

Your Recruitment Superpowers:

- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, headhunting, or a similar role.

- Experience using LinkedIn and other candidate databases and sourcing tools.

- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes at the same time.

- A quality-focused mindset - you look for the right long-term hire rather than simply filling a position as quickly as possible.

- Confidence in approaching candidates directly and building relationships with professionals who may not be actively looking for a new job.

- Fluent in Lithuanian and English.

Salary: 2100 - 2500€ GROSS. For the right candidate, salary is flexible and based on your experience, proven results, and hands-on know-how, especially with Nordex or similar wind turbine projects.
