Successful Dismantling in Neudersum

Few months ago our team dismantled two Enercon E66 1,8 MW wind turbines with 80-meter height towers in Neudersum wind park, Germany.

➢ the project schedule was submitted in time and the follow-up was done well, all doc regarding HSE was submitted upfront

➢ the job layout and preparation were as well in time, the lifting devices, tool, crew where all checked and ready to work

➢ the productivity of the dismantling crew was focused and safe

➢ after and during the dismantling period the crew keeps always the site clear of obstacles and clean

➢ during the job closeout all referring documents were submitted just in time

➢ at every period of the dismantling, the PM of INIKTI was communicating very well, was reachable at any time or was calling back immediately

➢ during the whole project the crew was working according to the HSE requirements also the feedback from our HSE officer was all the way positive. We had some small issues in the beginning with the documents of the crew participants, but they were solved just in time. “
