INIKTI is looking for experienced Site Managers / Team Leads to join Hybrid Tower BÖGL projects in Germany. If you have previous experience working on MAX BÖGL projects, strong leadership skills, and speak both German and English fluently, this is your opportunity to take the next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise on-site teams working on MAX BÖGL projects
- Plan, coordinate, and delegate daily tasks and activities
- Monitor work progress and ensure project deadlines are met
- Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Support, motivate, and guide team members to achieve project objectives

Requirements:
- Previous work experience on MAX BÖGL projects is mandatory
- Previous experience as a Site Manager, Team Lead, or Supervisor
- Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility on site
- EU citizenship
- Willingness to work in Germany
