Project Manager - Renewable Energy (Poland)

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our growing development team in Poznań and the surrounding region. In this role, you'll work closely with landowners, local authorities, and stakeholders to support the development of renewable energy projects from the earliest stages.

· Approach landowners, present potential project opportunities, and obtain their interest and consent for renewable energy development.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landowners, municipalities, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
· Negotiate land lease agreements, easements, and other land rights required for project development.
· Coordinate communication with landowners throughout the early development stages of projects.
· Conduct preliminary site assessments based on technical, environmental, and legal criteria.
· Support the project development process by coordinating documentation, permissions, and external stakeholders.
· Monitor Polish legislation and regulatory requirements related to renewable energy development.

· Native Polish speaker with good command of English (minimum B2).
· Practical experience in land acquisition, obtaining landowner permissions, and managing land-related processes.
· Experience managing project documentation, contracts, reporting, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
· Based in or willing to relocate to the Poznań area, with readiness to travel frequently throughout the region and to other project locations across Poland.
· Valid Category B driving licence.
