Today, Lithuania celebrates Statehood Day. ????????

On July 6, Lithuanians commemorate the Coronation of King Mindaugas, the country's first and only king, who was crowned in 1253. This day marks the beginning of Lithuania as a recognized European state and remains one of the nation's most important historical celebrations.

Statehood Day is also known as the National Anthem Day. Every year at 9:00 PM (local time), Lithuanians around the world unite to sing the national anthem, creating a powerful symbol of unity, identity, and pride.
