INIKTI MOVE: connecting with the next generation

INIKTI MOVE: connecting with the next generation
We’re continuing our INIKTI MOVE visits. This week, we met around 200 more students at Vilnius Builders Training Centre and Šiauliai Technology Training Centre.

We introduced INIKTI’s work and discussed the renewable energy market, the latest developments in wind energy and career opportunities in the sector.

With this week’s meetings, more than 1,000 pupils and students have now taken part in our meetings in 2026.

“What I enjoy most about these meetings is the conversation itself. Students ask thoughtful questions, and we can talk not only about what it’s like to work in renewable energy, but also why renewable energy matters for our future. I’m glad that this year we’ve had the chance to meet more than 1,000 young people.”
— Andrius Palinavicius, Head of Marketing and Communications at INIKTI

Thank you to both institutions for welcoming us!
