INIKTI has become an official member of the UWEA
Lithuanian renewable energy company INIKTI has become an official member of the Ukrainian Wind Energy Association (UWEA).
This is not only a new step on the business development map, but also a strong gesture of solidarity with a country that continues to fight steadfastly for its independence – including energy independence.
“Our membership in the Ukrainian Wind Energy Association has a multifaceted meaning. It’s not only about new opportunities for growth, but also a clear message that we care about what’s happening in the region. Contributing to Ukraine’s rebuilding is both a responsibility and an honour,” says Dmitrij Jackevic, Head of Sales at INIKTI.
Due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the energy sector has suffered significant damage and losses. However, amid these challenges, there is a unique opportunity not only to rebuild the energy system but also to transition to local renewable energy sources — especially wind power. Attracting international companies with relevant experience in this field is crucial for successfully introducing new green technologies. UWEA welcomes new members and is committed to supporting investment and the construction of new wind farms in Ukraine,”
emphasizes Andriy Konechenkov, Chairman of the Board of UWEA.
“Each membership like this is another step toward a stronger, more sustainable, and united Europe. Working together with Ukraine in these times is not only about business — it’s about people, responsibility, and genuine human connection, which matters more today than ever,”
says Aivaras Stumbras, CEO of INIKTI.
