INIKTI – From Lithuania to Germany: Growth in the EPC Sector
The year 2025 marked a turning point in INIKTI’s history — within just one year, we built over 60 hybrid concrete towers in Germany, consisting of more than 1,800 individual segments.
This is one of the largest and most technically complex projects in our company’s history.
Standing up to 85 meters high, these towers serve as the foundation for wind turbines produced by world-leading manufacturers, with a total height (including rotor) reaching up to 250 meters.
This remarkable achievement proves that Lithuanian engineering expertise can compete successfully at the highest European level.
In the German market, we work closely with our long-term partner Firmengruppe Max Bögl, a name synonymous with world-class engineering.
By the end of 2025, we also launched the construction of wind turbine foundations — planning to complete 10 foundations by year’s end.
Each foundation uses up to 120 tons of reinforcement steel and 900 m³ of concrete, equivalent to around 110 full concrete mixer trucks.
Each base measures up to 30 meters in diameter.
“Having a reliable partner at our side was crucial to the success of our wind energy projects. Our collaboration with INIKTI is characterized by high-level technical work and a partnership of equals that drives sustainable progress.”— Udo Hiller, Head of Assembly Division, Max Bögl
“A foundation is not just concrete. It’s the work that stays underground, but everything above depends on it. And when the wind turns the blades, we know that beneath it, our story — and our sweat — are turning too.”
— Marius Šabūnas, Project Manager, INIKTI
Looking ahead to 2026, we are stepping even further — planning to build more than 100 wind turbine foundations in Germany, significantly expanding road and cable infrastructure works, and increasing the size of our teams.
We continue to invest in people, technology, and process development, ensuring that every project is executed faster, more precisely, and more sustainably.
“The INIKTI team has proven capable of delivering the most complex projects while meeting the highest Western European standards. This is not only an achievement — it’s a responsibility. We are ready to move forward even more boldly, in Germany and across Europe.”
— Aivaras Stumbras, CEO, INIKTI
