INIKTI 100+: employees who are changing the world
2025 marks one of the most significant milestones in INIKTI's development: the team has grown to more than 100 members. Since the beginning of the year alone, the number of people has almost doubled. This growth is not a coincidence, but a clear sign that INIKTI is actively keeping pace with global trends in renewable energy and is consistently strengthening its position in a rapidly growing sector.
Working for INIKTI: more than just a salary
INIKTI offers more than just a job - it offers the opportunity to build a life path. Not only can you earn a steady income (technicians can earn more than €3,000 a year, depending on their competences and projects), you can also see the world. The company's projects are located in different countries, giving employees international opportunities, business trips and cultural experiences.
INIKTI's jobs cover the whole spectrum, from wind turbine technicians to sales, project development, engineering and management positions. Here, everyone has the opportunity to find the right place for themselves and, if they wish, to change direction and grow both horizontally and vertically.
"You can start your career with us as a technician or a sales manager and then move into project development or another department. We are looking for a place where an employee can realise his or her full potential and feel motivated for years to come," says Aivaras Stumbras, Head of INIKTI. "Our philosophy is simple: when you grow yourself, you grow the organisation."
Values based on Japanese culture of loyalty and German precision
INIKTI is guided by the values of the Japanese corporation Mitsubishi. This means that an employee should feel secure in the company, have long-term job prospects, the opportunity to learn, grow and stay with the company for many years - perhaps even for life.
At the same time, German precision is applied: important details, refined processes, quality are an integral part of the work. The company invests continuously in training and further training, and helps employees to move into positions where they can make the most of themselves.
Tadas’ Story: From Summer Job to Operations Manager
"When I joined INIKTI in the summer of 2022 as a temporary technician, it was just a seasonal job for me. But I immediately felt that this was a place where people are truly seen and heard. I was given the chance to learn, to join teams in other countries, and eventually to become an Operations Manager. I had never imagined such opportunities before," says Tadas Kirdeikis, Operations Manager at INIKTI.
The “INIKTI Pulse” Movement and Celebrations
The INIKTI Summer Celebration is more than just a tradition – it's a true testament to our team's strength!
Every year, we mark Global Wind Day (June 15) in a special way – with the INIKTI Summer Games. This year’s event took place at the end of June and was full of energy, action, and team spirit!
This celebration is part of our broader initiative, “INIKTI Pulse”, which brings together everything that unites and strengthens us: internal events, team well-being and wellness activities, volunteering, social initiatives, partnerships with educational institutions, educational programs, internal culture building, and fostering genuine connections.
Collaborating with Educational Institutions: Shaping the Next Generation
INIKTI actively partners with vocational training centers, universities, and technical schools.
"I truly value companies that invest in employee training. Well-trained workers ensure not only high-quality performance but also their own safety. In my opinion, this should be a top priority for every company," says Raimundas Zablockis, Head of Global Training. From day one, our technicians receive hands-on training and support in preparing for international certification. This opens doors to global career opportunities, competitive salaries, and real prospects for professional growth.
Wind Association: People Are at the Core of Green Energy
“In today’s dynamic, tech-driven work environment, upskilling is not a choice – it’s a necessity. Especially in fields like renewable wind energy, continuous learning is the only way to ensure top-quality results and, most importantly, employee safety. Investing in training and skill development is not only about staying competitive – it’s a responsible approach to people. Every well-prepared specialist means fewer risks, a safer work environment, and higher standards overall. There’s a growing shortage of qualified professionals – electricians, technicians, and automation engineers – and the demand continues to rise. That’s why it’s essential to strengthen cooperation with educational institutions. Involving young people in the renewable energy sector is an investment in our shared future,”
– says E. Maladauskas, representative of the Lithuanian Wind Power Association.
Collaboration with Communities
INIKTI values not only its business partners but also local communities. Before launching projects, the company organizes meetings, consultations, and transparent information sharing. INIKTI’s goal is not just to implement technological solutions, but also to maintain respect for the environment and the people who live there.
“INIKTI’s contribution to our region is both technological and human. The company worked with our community, shared information, and even took my personal observations into account during the process. It’s a commendable approach – one that builds trust and shows that sustainable energy can go hand in hand with respect for the place and its people.”
— Raimondas Januševičius, Mayor of Šakiai District
