We are hiring: Site Manager – Renewable Energy Projects | France

We are looking for a proactive and solutions-oriented Site Manager who can coordinate on-site activities, keep projects moving according to schedule and ensure high standards of quality.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating and supervising work on solar power projects
• Monitoring project progress, deadlines and quality
• Resolving day-to-day issues on site
• Providing regular updates on project implementation
• Working closely with project managers and client representatives

What we expect:
• At least 1 year of experience in supervising or organising work on solar power projects
• Good command of English; Russian is a strong advantage
• A valid driving licence
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work abroad according to a scheduled rotation
