Employee Profile| Meet Milena
Behind every project and every achievement at INIKTI are the people who make it happen.
This time, we’re introducing Milena Sinkevič, HR Specialist at INIKTI. We asked Milena a few questions to get to know the person behind the role a little better.
Hobbies: Walking, traveling and cooking.
Childhood dream: To have a superpower.
Favorite cuisine: Italian cuisine – lasagna and tiramisu have a special place in my heart.
What motivates you every day? I motivate myself to become a better version of who I was yesterday.
Something you’ve always wanted to try but haven’t yet? A hot-air balloon ride – I’d love to see my beloved Vilnius from above.
Advice to your younger self: Don’t be afraid. Try everything, and if you don’t succeed the first time, try again.
A little-known fact about you: I really enjoy handmade crafts and creating things by hand.
Energy is everything. And people are the energy behind everything we do.
