Employee Profile: Artūras Lečas

Meet the only guy on our team who looks at wind turbines from above – without ever climbing them. Why?
Because our project manager Artūras is also a licensed airplane pilot

Hobbies:
Aviation, running (half-marathons ), cycling, swimming, diving, skiing, karting, buggy racing, and 24h electric car races!
Also: audiobooks, cooking (only when inspired ), Lindy Hop dancing, concerts, museums, and quietly dreaming about yachts. 
Childhood dream:
To become a fighter jet or airline pilot (and yes, that dream still lives on).
Favorite cuisine:
Italian food is the top pick, but stuffed cabbage rolls and sorrel soup still win his heart.
Daily motivation:
Progress. Believing in what you do, working hard, and seeing change – that’s what keeps him going.
Still on the bucket list:
Landing a plane on an aircraft carrier. Or flying a full commercial route.
Advice to younger self:
Don't be afraid to try. Failing is better than doing nothing. Leave something meaningful behind.
Fun fact:
He’s afraid of heights.
