Another project in our home region – the Baltic States.
This time, our team had the opportunity to take part in a historic moment for Latvian wind energy.
INIKTI dismantled the first wind turbine at Latvia’s oldest wind farm, which has been operating since 2002 and consists of 33 wind turbines.
The first turbine to be dismantled was an ENERCON E-40:
Hub height: 78 m
Rotor diameter: 40 m
More than two decades after the wind farm began operations, we are proud to bring our wind turbine dismantling experience to a project with such a significant place in Latvia’s wind energy history.
