WE’RE HIRING | HEALTH & SAFETY OFFICER
At INIKTI, safety is more than documentation and procedures. It means being present on site, understanding how work is actually carried out, identifying risks and making sure safety standards are implemented in practice.

We are looking for a Health & Safety Officer to join our team.
In this role, you will:
– Prepare and manage Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
– Conduct regular site visits and oversee H&S compliance
– Identify risks and recommend preventive and corrective actions
– Investigate incidents and analyse their root causes
– Advise managers and project teams on H&S matters
– Deliver safety training and maintain H&S documentation
We are looking for someone with H&S experience and relevant qualifications, a practical approach to workplace safety, strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

Workplace & Mobility: The role combines office-based work at INIKTI’s Vilnius office with travel to project sites abroad as required.
