2025 Review – HR

In 2025, the INIKTI team grew to 100 people – a milestone showing that our collective growth drives greater results.

Over the year, our HR team connected with 1,894 candidates, specialists, and potential team members. From these contacts, 662 interviews took place, and some of them became part of our team’s story.
