We are looking for Vestas Team Lead!

Strong on-site leadership and technical expertise are essential for successful wind turbine projects - and that’s exactly what a Team Lead brings. 

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with hands-on experience on Vestas turbines (V90–V136 or newer). In this role, you will lead on-site teams, handle C-level electrical tasks such as switching and troubleshooting, participate in technical discussions with clients, support project coordination, and ensure all work meets the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate technicians on Vestas turbines
- Perform switching operations, troubleshooting, and electrical repairs
- Work independently on turbine electrical systems and components
- Participate in meetings and technical discussions with clients regarding project progress
- Manage on-site reporting, documentation, and communication
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Requirements:
- Experience with Vestas V90–V136 (or newer)
- Valid BTO, C-Level, and Vestas training certificates
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong English communication skills
- EU citizenship
