INIKTI Breaks Records in 2023 – Growth Across 12 Countries on 2 Continents
For the company INIKTI, 2023 was a year of intense growth and exceptional achievements.
“We are pleased to announce that last year, we completed the development of two of the largest wind farm projects in the Baltic region, and their implementation has begun. Construction permits have been issued for eighty-four turbines with a total capacity of 564 MW,” said Aivaras Stumbras, CEO of UAB INIKTI.
Additionally, last year saw the start of construction for three wind farms in the municipalities of Šilutė, Kelmė, and Šakiai. These projects have a combined capacity of 31 MW, with investments exceeding forty million euros.
The increasing scale of operations is directly reflected in the company’s financial statements. INIKTI's annual turnover nearly doubled, from 5.5 million euros in 2022 to 10 million euros in 2023.
The volume of long-term technical maintenance services for wind turbines, one of INIKTI's strategic activities, is steadily growing. In 2023, contracts were extended and new agreements were signed for the long-term technical maintenance of seventeen wind turbines with a total capacity of 32 MW.
“To ensure sustainable company operations in the future, we must work purposefully with partners, responsibly interact with clients and potential customers, and all those affected by our activities. We must minimize environmental harm as much as possible, contribute to the national economy, and strive for high social welfare standards,” emphasized Aivaras Stumbras.
According to the CEO, ongoing attention to the safety and welfare of INIKTI staff positively impacts the company’s stability. The number of employees is steadily increasing. Last year, the company employed more than one hundred qualified workers, including technical personnel specialists. This fifty-five percent growth rate is a record for us.
The INIKTI team recently celebrated its twelfth anniversary, and the company moved into a new, modern 300-square-meter office, adding to the group’s total real estate base of more than 15,000 square meters.
“We actively encourage employee creativity, which we understand as the search for unconventional solutions with existing resources, support colleagues’ self-expression, and their desire to learn. I am convinced that the basis for rapid business expansion is primarily the synergy of a cohesive team and value-based priorities – acting diligently and unitedly in managing various partnerships, being open and impartial in creating an attractive environment, and working safely and efficiently to ensure the implementation of the company’s strategic goals,” highlighted INIKTI CEO Aivaras Stumbras.
