How wind parks are born

Wind turbines are increasingly becoming integral parts of Lithuania's landscape, with arrays of new wind power plants sprouting up. When reading about wind farms, one cannot fail to notice the expression 'project development.' Not everyone truly understands what is hidden behind these seemingly innocent words. Darius Grigaliūnas, the head of the project development department at INIKTI company, shares his experience about how the processes of creating wind parks unfold in reality.
