Happy International Women’s Day!

Today, on International Women's Day, we congratulate all women, and especially stand tall and proud, like the wind turbines that grace the sky, to celebrate the remarkable women working in our company!

“I have been working in the wind energy sector for 6 years and I have been a member of the Inikti team for the same amount of time. I am happy to have been given the opportunity to contribute to it. At first, it was scary being one of the first women in Lithuania to work with the projects of wind turbines. However, the men at Inikti didn't let me give up; they kept pushing me forward. I have felt and still feel, great support from managers and team members. Their help allows me to improve, achieve my goals and overcome all challenges, even though I don't always succeed the first time.” Monika Raudonė, Asistant Head of Project Development.
