Celebrating Women in Engineering at INIKTI!

The wind industry may appear to be predominantly male-dominated, but at Inikti, we proudly embrace diversity and inclusivity. We highly value the significant contributions of women within our organization and warmly welcome them to join our team in various roles. Equality is one of our principles, and we actively encourage women to pursue careers in technical fields. Agnė Klevienė, our Head of Real Estate Development, has played an active role in the #EmpoweringGirls project by Woman Go Tech. She has visited schools and inspired female high school students to pursue technical specialties through her own inspiring journey.

Last week, all project participants were invited to a lunch hosted by Monika Navickiene, the Minister of Social Security and Labor. During the event, they discussed the project's progress and celebrated its success.
